Process of Becoming

Today is my Spiritual birthday. I am now a teenager in the Lord...13 years old.

I was 17 years old when I accepted Christ during my senior year of high school. I've come a long way since then, but in so many ways I am still growing and learning what belonging to God really means. But that's ok. As a song my awesome hubby wrote says:

I am in the process of becoming
The one You want me to be
I will never reach heaven's perfection
On this side of eternity
Yesterday's behind me
And tomorrow's yet to come
So today I'll take another step
In becoming

For 13 years I have been in that process of becoming more like Him... and I'm not about to stop now!
